Before reaching out to Kate, we had been struggling alone with the education system since reaching crisis point in October 2024. Fighting constantly for the support my son needed had taken a huge emotional toll on our whole family, and we felt exhausted and unheard.

After following Kate’s own SEND journey and seeing how similar her experiences were to ours, I decided to reach out and I am so grateful that I did.

Kate has been an incredible support throughout our journey. She has helped me understand my son’s legal rights, guided us through securing an EHCP and alternative provision, and has stood beside me during school meetings when my own anxiety made it difficult to remember important points or speak up confidently. Having her there helped ensure my concerns were listened to and taken seriously.
